Original equipment manufacturers can utilize the state-of-the-art know-how of the HANSA-FLEX Group when planning their projects, resulting in quick definition of technical parameters, rapid supply of samples and reliable procurement of all necessary test certification. Attuned to the customer production range, hoses or complete assemblies are supplied to schedule, in any quantities right up to large-scale mass production runs.

OEM - Service Capabilities 

  • Custom Packaging – box type, labeling, etc. 

  • Custom Kitting – Per OEM schedule: special boxing, tag, label, and color coding of hoses in kit format for OEM subassemblies. E.g., engine, boom, and accessory kits with color coded design, ensures production pull the right set of hoses and install into the right position on the machined during assembly. 

  • Custom Labelling 

    • Mylar tap lay line for high quantity applications 

    • Inkjet text lay line (freely configured per hose) 

    • Laser engraved ferrules (text or logo, freely configured) 

    • Vinyl tape labels (full wrap) with text or logo, freely configured 

    • Stainless steel tags with text or logo, freely configured 

    • Thermal printer generated X-CODE with QR code and customer p/n – hard coded to SAP but can include customer part number

  • Supply Material Certifications 

    • Seamless tubing – standard procedure 

    • Fittings marked with manufacturer plant identifier 

    • Hoses are all marked with manufacturer plant identifier, born on date, and inkjet batch code data 

    • Adapters can be ordered with batch traceability, non-standard  

    • Couplings can be ordered with batch traceability, non-standard  

  • Certificate of Conformance is available upon request for all materials 

  • PPAP - PPAP product approval standards for internal product, e.g.  fittings, hoses, adapters, etc.  Multiple level OEM 

  • FAI/FAIRs are standard practice for all first article  

  • RoHS and 3TG compliance statements for hazardous substance and responsible sourcing standards, respectively, are in place via Germany and available
